1. Founding Pilot and operator
This Refund Policy applies to the WinBackOps Founding Pilot offered by the person or entity identified below, which operates WinBackOps. The Founding Pilot includes:
- a one-time price of $297;
- a 30-day pilot period;
- processing of up to 500 dormant or old leads / past opportunities;
- one managed recovery campaign;
- no setup fee;
- no long-term contract; and
- no automatic subscription or renewal.
2. Before substantive work begins
A customer may request a full refund of the $297 Founding Pilot fee before WinBackOps begins substantive pilot work for that customer.
Substantive pilot work includes activities such as:
- processing or reviewing the customer’s uploaded lead data;
- preparing the customer’s recovery campaign; or
- beginning other material pilot setup specifically for that customer.
3. After substantive work begins
Once substantive pilot work has begun, the $297 Founding Pilot fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where WinBackOps expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
4. Customer delays
If the customer delays providing usable data, approvals, access, or other information needed to perform the pilot, that delay does not by itself create a right to a refund after substantive work has begun.
5. Duplicate or erroneous payments
If a customer is charged or pays twice by mistake, or an incorrect amount is collected, WinBackOps will review the payment and correct it as appropriate.
6. Optional $397/month continuation
The Founding Pilot does not automatically convert into a subscription. WinBackOps does not currently offer integrated recurring billing.
If a customer later expressly agrees to the optional $397/month continuation:
- cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable billing terms;
- cancellation does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started; and
- any refund required by applicable law remains unaffected.
7. How to request a refund
Send the request to the configured WinBackOps contact email in the operator details above. Include enough information to identify the customer account and payment, such as the organization name, account email, payment date, and amount.
Do not send payment-card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
8. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method, or another appropriate payment method, where reasonably possible. Payment providers or banks may require additional processing time after WinBackOps approves or initiates a refund.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
